Traditionally, Peace Poles are physical monuments placed in communities around the world, each carrying the timeless message “May Peace Prevail on Earth” in multiple languages. With over 200,000 already standing worldwide, each one represents a prayer, a hope, and a commitment to a more peaceful future.
The Rotary Club of the Caribbean Plus, the first District 7030 electronic club, embraces innovation by unveiling our virtual Peace Pole allowing peace to be planted not in one location, but everywhere. This digital space creates a platform where peace seekers across borders can visit, reflect, and share in the universal call for harmony.
World Peace Day 2026
As we celebrate World Peace Day 2026, this Peace Pole reminds us that peace knows no boundaries—whether physical or digital. May it inspire us to live the words it bears and work together toward a world rooted in understanding, compassion, and unity.
Peacebuilding Fundraiser 2026
The Rotary Club of the Caribbean Plus launched a 155 day Peacebuilding fundraiser as part of observance of International Peace Day. Beginning 21 September 2026 until 23 February 2027, any one, any where, at anytime, with any amount can directly support the Rotary Foundation’s Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention Fund.
If you are a Rotarian, your donation counts towards your foundation giving history by using the email associated with your Rotary account. Help us create a meaningful impact to global Peace Building Efforts. More details on this fundraiser here.
